Creative Cakes of Cullman will not reproduce trademarked/copyrighted materials without the express written permission of the trademark holder.  It is a trademark infringement to produce licensed character cakes without the written permission of the trademark holder and Creative Cakes can be held  liable.  A quick google search of the law will prove how serious this can get.  Although some bakeries will produce these cakes, Creative Cakes will no longer subject the bakery to trademark infringement.  These include (but are not limited to) Disney characters, Sponge Bob and Hello Kitty.
